Custom Sign Design

To help you feel confident about ordering a finished product from a sketch, I have enclosed these pairs of images, sketch proposal and finished sign.

As shown below, in the first pairing, some last minute revisions were negotiated with the church, changing the arrangement of the lettering while keeping the same shape, scale and general format.

At the last minute, here also, a small change – the addition of the date the building was built – added to the design at the top.

This restaurant design underwent several revisions before final approval. It is roughly 20 square feet, double face, and cost over $8000.

Here is a pair of Chinese dragons, Bas Relief, of Teak. The clear acrylic that covers the paper menu slides out so that the menu can be easily changed.

I think that the elevation drawing, although an accurate rendering of the image, rarely gives evidence of the presence possessed by the finished product – especially evident here with this clock.

In each instance, the client ordered a custom sign from the design shown, and the finished product’s faithfulness to the design is always equal to, or exceeds expectations. The same will be true for any carved design in the semi-custom store.
