Unicorn in American Black Walnut
A single tree trunk, sliced through into planks for air drying, and reassembled to give new life to the wood. This figure was made inspired by memories of reading The Last Unicorn to my boys when they were small. The base is Vermont marble, on a stand of Bubinga. 21”sq. footprint X 50”h.

FURNITURE & ROCKING HORSES
This category shows examples and prices. There have been three rocking horses made in the past decade. They follow the pattern of the horse shown. The bench in walnut is the sixth made along an evolving theme of utility and attractiveness. These pieces sell quickly and we will update with new pieces as they are finished. Please note: I no longer take orders for custom furniture, all my pieces are hand-made, and I am intimately involved with the material. Custom orders are better served by artisans with machinery.
